Add Clips To A Sequence
There are two ways to add clips to a sequence in Premiere Pro:
- Drag and drop: Drag the clip from the Project Panel to the Timeline Panel. The clip will be added to the first available track in the Timeline Panel.
- Insert: Click the Insert button in the Timeline Panel and select the clips you want to add. The clips will be added to the Timeline Panel at the current position of the playhead.
Once you have added a clip to a sequence, you can rearrange the clips by dragging and dropping them. You can also delete clips by selecting them and pressing the Delete
key.
Here are some additional tips for adding clips to sequences in Premiere Pro:
- When you add a clip to a sequence, it will be added to the first available track in the Timeline Panel. If you want to add a clip to a specific track, you can drag and drop it to that track.
- You can also add multiple clips to a sequence at the same time by dragging and dropping them all at once.
- You can insert a clip into a sequence at the current position of the playhead by clicking the Insert button in the Timeline Panel and selecting the clip you want to insert.
- You can also insert multiple clips into a sequence at the same time by clicking the Insert button and selecting the clips you want to insert.
- You can delete a clip from a sequence by selecting it and pressing the
Delete
key. - You can also delete multiple clips from a sequence by selecting them all and pressing the
Delete
key.
